Teton Tracks warrants Teton Summit Series rubber tracks against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is honoured directly by Teton Tracks.
How coverage works
- Months 1–12 — full replacement. A track that fails due to a covered defect is replaced at no charge to you.
- Months 13–24 — prorated. Replacement is prorated against the tread already used, measured as remaining tread depth compared to a new track. You pay only the share of the replacement that corresponds to the life you have already had from the track.
What is covered
- Separation of the rubber from the steel cord belt (delamination) not caused by impact damage

What is not covered
- Normal wear, including tread wear-down over the life of the track

Making a claim
You do not need to return the track. Claims are assessed from photographs. Contact us at (307) 210-6051 or support@tetontrack.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The machine make, model and hours
- Photographs of the damage, the full track, and the undercarriage
- A measurement of remaining tread depth
We will assess the claim and confirm the outcome in writing. Approved replacements ship free to the contiguous United States.
Limitation
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the track. It does not cover machine downtime, lost revenue, rental of replacement equipment, labour to fit or remove tracks, or other consequential losses. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
